SHIPPING

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, when applicable, and in their original condition. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, and free from damage or signs of extended wear.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. BRANDNEWBEING reserves the right to deny a refund for merchandise that does not meet these return conditions.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

PREORDERS

All preorder items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Because preorder merchandise is produced specifically to fulfill advance orders, please review product details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
